The openings respectively expose the metal bump of each of the metal sheets. The metal bump divides each of the openings into a first cavity and a second cavity. The solder covers the upper surface of the metal bump of each of the metal sheets and each of the openings. The solder fills the first cavity, and there is an air gap in the second cavity.
