    Abstract: The present invention discloses an enzymatic method for preparing glutathione (GSH), comprising the following steps: (1) producing glutathione in a reactor using GshF enzyme, ATP regeneration enzyme and AK enzyme; (2) separating immobilized GshF enzyme, ATP regeneration enzyme and AK enzyme in the reactor, or separating free GshF enzyme using a filtration device; (3) separating the filtrate obtained in step (2) to obtain a crude product GSH and a small amount of ATP, ADP and AMP; and (4) subjecting the GSH obtained in step (3) to concentration, crystallization, and drying to prepare a finished GSH. The disclosed method provides: greatly reduced industrial production costs; faster reaction rate; stable enzyme recovery system that is energy efficient and environmentally friendly; and capability of reusing the byproducts or collecting them for the production of ATP.

The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding ATP regeneration enzyme, AK enzyme and adenosine in proportion to carry out an enzymatic reaction in an enzymatic reaction system; (2) separating the ATP regeneration enzyme and AK enzyme by either directly separating ATP regeneration enzyme and AK enzyme immobilized in a reaction tank or separating free ATP regeneration enzyme and AK enzyme by an ultrafiltration membrane in a filter; and (3) separating and purifying the filtrate of step (2) to obtain a product.     Abstract: A video quality objective assessment method based on a spatiotemporal domain structure firstly combines a spatiotemporal domain gradient magnitude and color information for calculating a spatiotemporal domain local similarity, and then uses variance fusion for spatial domain fusion. The spatiotemporal domain local similarity is fused into frame-level objective quality value, and then a temporal domain fusion model is established by simulating three important global temporal effects, which are a smoothing effect, an asymmetric track effects and a recency effect, of a human visual system. Finally, the objective quality values of the distorted video sequence are obtained. By modeling the human visual temporal domain effect, the temporal domain weighting method of the present invention is able to accurately and efficiently evaluate the objective quality of the distorted video.

The invention increases breakdown strength by embedding a conductive oxide layer between electrode layers within the dielectric layer of the capacitors. The conductive oxide layer redistributes and dissipates charge, thus mitigating charge concentration and micro fractures formed within the dielectric by electric fields.
