    Abstract: A combined hydrogenation process and system for producing chemical raw materials are provided. The process has the following steps: (1) performing a hydrogenation pretreatment reaction on a wax oil raw material and hydrogen-containing gas, mixing the hydrogenated wax oil obtained by means of the reaction and a light diesel oil fraction, and performing a first hydrocracking reaction to obtain a first hydrocracking material flow; (2) separating and fractionating the first hydrocracking material flow to obtain a diesel oil fraction; and (3) performing a second hydrocracking reaction on the diesel oil fraction obtained in step (2) to obtain a second hydrocracking material flow, and separating and fractionating the second hydrocracking material flow. The process can transform all the high aromatics inferior diesel oil raw materials and wax oil raw materials into light naphtha, heavy naphtha tail oil and other high value-added products.

    Abstract: A grading system and an application of a hydrogenation catalyst and a grading method of the hydrogenation catalyst are provided. The system contains M hydrogenation catalysts sequentially filled in a material flow direction. An R value of an Nth hydrogenation catalyst is not less than an R value of an (N?1)th hydrogenation catalyst, and the R value of at least one Nth hydrogenation catalyst is greater than the R value of the (N?1)th hydrogenation catalyst. N is an integer greater than 2 and not greater than M; the R value is a ratio of molar content of the VIII group metal element in the hydrogenation catalyst characterized by an X-ray photoelectron spectrum to weight content of the VIII group metal element in terms of oxides in the hydrogenation catalyst characterized by an X-ray fluorescence spectrum. The hydrogenation catalysts having different surface nickel atom concentrations are used for grading, thereby improving denitrification and the hydrogenation saturation performance of a catalyst system.

    Abstract: A process for producing propylene involves dehydration of isopropanol. The dehydration process includes a step of subjecting a starting material containing isopropanol to a dehydration reaction in the presence of a dehydration catalyst comprising alumina to produce a product containing propylene. The starting material has a water content of 0.1 to 10.0 wt % (relative to 100 wt % of the total mass of the starting material), and the product has a total content of C2 unsaturated impurities and C3-C4 unsaturated impurities of 80 ppm or less (relative to 100 wt % of the total mass of the product).
