Patent number: 7390188Abstract: A resin molding apparatus includes a fixing member to which a top mold is attached, a movable member to which a bottom mold is attached, a push-up member provided below the movable member, a drive mechanism moving the push-up member in upward/downward direction, and a flexible joint provided between the movable member and the push-up member. The push-up force of the drive mechanism is transmitted from the push-up member via the flexible joint to the movable member. Thus, a crack does not occur at a connection portion between the push-up member and the movable member. Therefore, a gap is not created between the top mold and the bottom mold. As a result, an excellent molded product is formed.Type: GrantFiled: March 24, 2006Date of Patent: June 24, 2008Assignee: Towa CorporationInventors: Toshinobu Banjo, Shigeru Hirata, Masanori Shirasawa

Patent number: 6632298Abstract: The present invention aims at providing a sophisticated segregation reducing technique which a conventional technique cannot achieve by finding the relationship between the casting structure and the segregation of components at the time of solidification and the heat treatment conditions. That is, the present invention aims at providing material for shadow masks which exhibits excellent quality with respect to streaks. A material for a shadow mask of the present invention is formed of a casting slab for preparing the shadow mask which comprises an Ni—Fe alloy containing 30 to 45% of Ni. The casting slab has a cast structure comprising a columnar crystal and/or a chill crystal in an amount of 99% or more. In particular, it is preferred that the casting slab contains no equiaxed crystal.Type: GrantFiled: February 26, 2002Date of Patent: October 14, 2003Assignees: Toyo Kohan Co., Ltd., Nippon Yakin Kogyo Co., Ltd.Inventors: Syun-ichi Morita, Taizo Sato, Jun Agari, Tsutomu Omori, Tatsuya Itoh, Shigeru Hirata

Patent number: 6377008Abstract: In a motor driving device, the currents supplied from a driver (3) to three-phase coils (2) of a motor are made to flow through a resistor (R), and the voltage appearing across this resistor (R) is fed to the positive input terminal of a current limiting circuit (8). The differential signal between this voltage and a voltage (V) fed to the negative input terminal of the current limiting circuit (8) is fed as a voltage signal to an OR circuit (9). Also an FG signal produced by a logic circuit (5) to represent the rotational speed of the motor is fed, through a speed discriminator (6) and a filter (7), as a voltage signal to the OR circuit (9). The OR circuit (9) feeds a voltage signal having a high level to a PWM comparator (11), which produces a PWM signal and feeds it to the logic circuit (5). Thus, when the currents supplied to the three-phase coils (2) are about to exceed a limit, the currents are limited so as not to exceed the limit by the voltage signal output from the current limit circuit (8).Type: GrantFiled: July 12, 2000Date of Patent: April 23, 2002Assignee: Rohm Co., Ltd.Inventor: Shigeru Hirata
