  • Patent number: 7169070
Abstract: There are provided with a determination means for determining whether or not the correlation between the pressure value detected by the primary pressure sensor and the pressure value detected by the secondary pressure sensor is an actually impossible relation (Step 5), and a switchover means for switching over to an open control while prohibiting a feedback control when the correlation is determined to have become a relation actually impossible by the determination means (Step 6). Presence or absence of a fault to the primary pressure sensor or the secondary pressure sensor (particularly, fault of fixed output voltage) is judged based on the correlation between the output voltage of the primary pressure sensor and the output voltage of the secondary pressure sensor to prohibit the control of a primary pressure and a secondary pressure using the hydraulic pressure sensors when it is judged that there is a fault.

  • Publication number: 20060113595
Abstract: A rectangular substrate dividing apparatus, which can divide a rectangular substrate in a smaller space, accommodate devices, formed as individual pieces by the division, into device cases, and pick up the devices reliably and efficiently from a protective tape affixed to the back of the rectangular substrate, is provided. This apparatus separates a rectangular substrate, to whose back a protective tape is affixed and on which a plurality of devices are partitioned by a lattice of scheduled-separation lines, along the scheduled-separation lines to divide the rectangular substrate into the individual devices, and accommodates the devices in device cases. In a cutting-responsible region, the rectangular substrate is carried out of cassettes, cut by a cutting means, and then cleaned by a cleaning means. In a tape peeling-responsible region, the devices are picked up with the protective tape being peeled off.

  • Patent number: 7037235
Abstract: A speed change ratio control unit for a continuously variable transmission that uses a step motor as a driving actuator of a speed change control valve that compares a variable ASTP representing a step position of the step motor and a step position BSTP of the step motor that is necessary for realizing a desired speed change ratio at every predetermined operation cycle, and if ASTP?BSTP is satisfied determines that a step-out has occurred on the step motor.

  • Patent number: 6799598
Abstract: In a two-way solenoid vale, a small diameter portion of a nozzle portion is fitted in a small diameter portion receiving part communicating with an output pressure oil passage and a large diameter portion is fitted in a large diameter portion receiving part communicating with a supply pressure oil passage. An opening of a through-hole formed in the nozzle portion faces the output pressure oil passage by way of the small diameter portion receiving part, and an inner end of the through-hole is opened and closed by a plunger and communicates with a drain port. An orifice port communicating with the through-hole is opened to the large diameter portion receiving part and communicates with the supply pressure oil passage. Since the orifice port is disposed in the solenoid valve, a separate plate for an orifice is not required, oil passage is simplified and the solenoid valve can be installed in an optional position.

  • Patent number: 6779540
Abstract: In corrective control system and method for a liquid pressure control apparatus for a control valve unit, fundamental maps are preset on the basis of a hysteresis characteristic, the hysterisis characteristic being exhibited in such a manner that an output liquid pressure actually measured value which takes along a first hysterisis loop when the current value is increased toward a larger value is different from that which takes along a second hysterisis loop when the current value is, in turn, decreased toward a smaller value from the larger value and the fundamental maps uses a relationship on a derived first-order function at a lower output pressure side than a linear region of the hysterisis characteristic.

  • Publication number: 20040110599
Abstract: A speed change ratio control unit for a continuously variable transmission that uses a step motor as a driving actuator of a speed change control valve comprising a step-out determination means that compares a variable (ASTP) representing a step position of the step motor and a step position (BSTP) of the step motor that is necessary for realizing a desired speed change ratio at every predetermined operation cycle, and if ASTP≠BSTP is satisfied determines that a step-out has occurred on the step motor; a step-out correction means (S17d,S17f) that when a step-out is determined by the step-out determination means (S17b) corrects the ASTP so as to reduce a difference between the ASTP and the BSTP; and a drive means for driving the step motor using the corrected ASTP. The speed change ratio control unit for a continuously variable transmission is provided that can detect and correct a step-out at any speed change ratio.

  • Patent number: 6679800
Abstract: A method for controlling hydraulic pressure of an automatic transmission for a vehicle is provided. The automatic transmission has a clutch element engaged by a solenoid pressure to perform speed change. The solenoid pressure is generated by a solenoid that is driven by a solenoid drive current. The method calculates a required clutch engagement pressure and a required solenoid pressure corresponding to the required clutch engagement pressure based on a relationship between the clutch engagement pressure and the solenoid pressure. The method outputs a required solenoid drive current corresponding to the required solenoid pressure based on a relationship between the solenoid pressure and the solenoid drive current. The solenoid outputs the solenoid pressure corresponding to the required solenoid drive current.
