  • Publication number: 20230034282
Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode panel for a lighting device includes a substrate including an array area having an emission area and a dummy area disposed outside the array area, an auxiliary wiring pattern, a first electrode, a passivation pattern, an OLED emission structure, a second electrode, an adhesive layer, and an encapsulation layer. The passivation pattern and the adhesive layer have an uneven boundary surface therebetween in the dummy area. Alternatively, a lower surface of the adhesive layer has a 3D structure. Thus, a moisture intrusion path between the passivation pattern and the adhesive layer of the dummy area of the substrate may be increased. Thus, degradation of the OLED emission structure due to external moisture intrusion may be reduced or prevented.

  • Patent number: 11133484
Abstract: Disclosed herein is an OLED lighting apparatus which can compensate for high sheet resistance of a first electrode formed of a transparent conductive material while improving light extraction efficiency through enhancement in aperture ratio. For this purpose, the OLED lighting apparatus omits auxiliary wires and, instead of the auxiliary wires, includes a first auxiliary wire and a second auxiliary wire to secure low resistance. As a result, the OLED lighting apparatus can compensate for high sheet resistance of the first electrode, thereby achieving normal light emission without reduction in luminance due to current drop when implemented as a large-area high-resolution lighting apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20210202623
Abstract: Discussed is a display device in which an optical sensor can be easily provided on a display panel without causing a decrease in area or a change in shape of an active area by forming a low-resolution area in a partial area of the active area of the display panel and by providing the optical sensor on a back surface of the display panel overlapping the low-resolution area. By providing a light source emitting light for gesture sensing or the like on a flexible printed circuit which is bonded to a non-active area, it is possible to curb an influence of light emitted from the light source on an image, to prevent an increase in area of the non-active area, and to realize a gesture sensing function of the display device.
