  • Patent number: 7941909
Abstract: In the present invention, a plurality of condenser microphones is formed on a substrate. Then, charges are fixed to a dielectric film provided in each of the condenser microphones. After an amount of deposited charges of the dielectric film of each of the plurality of the condenser microphones is inspected by measuring capacitance of each condenser microphone while applying bias between the first electrode film thereof and the second electrode film thereof, the substrate is diced so that each of the condenser microphones is separated. Thus, at least the step of fixing charges is performed in a substrate state where the plurality of the condenser microphones is formed on the substrate. Therefore, the present invention contributes to enhancement of productivity in an assembly process of the condenser microphone and reduction in equipment costs.

  • Publication number: 20090142244
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to improve the decomposition at low temperatures of perfluorocompounds containing only fluorine as a halogen, such as CF4, C2F6 and the like. In the present invention, a perfluorocompound containing only fluorine as a halogen is brought into contact with a catalyst comprising Al, Ni and W as catalytically active ingredients and comprising a mixed oxide or complex oxide of Ni and Al and a mixed oxide or complex oxide of W and Ni, in the presence of steam or a combination of steam and air at a temperature of 500 to 800° C. to convert the fluorine in the perfluorocompound to hydrogen fluoride. Employment of the catalyst of the present invention improves the decomposition at low temperatures and hence makes it possible to decompose the perfluoro-compound at a high percentage of decomposition at a lower temperature.

  • Publication number: 20090119905
Abstract: In the present invention, a plurality of ultra-small condenser microphones is formed on a same substrate. Then, charges are fixed to a dielectric film provided in each of the ultra-small condenser microphones. After an amount of deposited charges in each of the dielectric films is inspected, the substrate whereon the plurality of ultra-small condenser microphones is formed is diced so that each of the ultra-small condenser microphones is separated. Thus, at least the step of fixing charges is performed in a substrate state where the plurality of ultra-small condenser microphones is formed on the same substrate. Therefore, the present invention contributes to enhancement of productivity in an assembly process of the ultra-small condenser microphone and reduction in equipment costs.
