A sum of the content of at least one of a metal element and a halogen element in a non-volatile component measured by time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry in a cured product formed by curing the photosensitive resin composition is 1×1017 atom/cm3 or larger and 1×1022 atom/cm3 or smaller. In an organic EL element constituted of at least a substrate, a first electrode, a second electrode, a light emitting pixel, a flattening layer, and a pixel division layer, the photosensitive resin composition is arranged in at least one of the flattening layer and the pixel division layer.
