Each claw includes a tip that contacts a circumferential surface of the fixing roller. The claws are disposed so that an interval from the nip to the tip of a claw at a position close to at least one end of the sheet passing region becomes smaller than an interval from the nip to the tip of a claw at a position other than the position close to the end.

The holder member has a guiding portion for guiding the sheet to the rotary member on the conveyance path between the tip portion of the claw member and the rotary member.
