Patent number: 9821777Abstract: The vehicle brake pedal device includes a pedal bracket fixed to a partition wall, a brake arm and a coupling arm assembled to the pedal bracket, a clevis and a movable plate assembled to the coupling arm, and a fixed member and a coupling bracket assembled to a vehicle body component. In the event of a front collision of the vehicle, the pedal bracket is moved backward, and the movable plate is brought into abutment against the fixed member to rotate. As a result, a push part of the movable plate is brought into abutment against the clevis, and a breakable part of the clevis is broken so that the clevis and the coupling arm are decoupled from each other. Then, the coupling arm is rotated forward with respect to the pedal bracket.Type: GrantFiled: February 4, 2016Date of Patent: November 21, 2017Assignee: TOYOTA JIDOSHA KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Satoshi Uchida, Satoshi Yasue, Shinichiro Aoki

Publication number: 20050094931Abstract: On a substrate are configured piezoelectric elements composed of a mirror device, piezoelectric thin films, electrodes, and elastic members, and application of a voltage to the electrodes causes flexure deformation in the piezoelectric thin films, so that the mirror device is actuated. A plurality of the piezoelectric elements are arranged in parallel with a longitudinal direction thereof, and torsion springs are provided so as to extend in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction and so as to hold the mirror device in connection with the substrate. The mirror device is connected to the piezoelectric elements through strain absorbers. In such a configuration, the torsion springs serve as a rotation axis, and the mirror device is inclined about the rotation axis.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 20, 2003Publication date: May 5, 2005Inventors: Kazuo Yokoyama, Katsuhiko Asai, Yousuke Irie, Shinichiro Aoki, Kouji Nomura, Katsuya Morinaka

Patent number: 5231467Abstract: A position signal producing apparatus, for an apparatus for project-printing a pattern on a reticle onto a wafer through a project lens system with exposure light, for producing a position signal indicative of the position of the wafer is disclosed, wherein two different frequency components of alignment light whose frequencies are different from that of the exposure light are interfered with each other at a position alignment blank to form interference fringes having a given pitch. The interference fringes are projected onto a diffraction grating through an achromatizing optical system and the project lens system. Diffracted light returning from the diffraction grating is received by a photodetector which provides a light beat signal. A position deviation signal obtained by phase comparison of the light beat signal provides position alignment by controlling relative positions between the position alignment blank and the diffraction grating.Type: GrantFiled: September 19, 1991Date of Patent: July 27, 1993Assignee: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Hiroyuki Takeuchi, Masaki Yamamoto, Takeo Sato, Yoshiyuki Sugiyama, Shinichiro Aoki

Patent number: 5062705Abstract: A first reticle is located at an object position of a lens to be evaluated. The first reticle is formed with a first diffraction grating. A stage supports the first reticle. A coherent light source illuminates a whole region of the first diffraction grating. A spatial filter blocks a 0-order component of diffraction light from the first diffraction grating. A second reticle is located at an image position of the lens and is formed with a second diffraction grating. A stage moves the second reticle within a projection range of the lens. Interference fringes are formed on the second reticle by re-diffraction by the lens. Moire fringes are caused by the second diffraction grating and the interference fringes. The moire fringes are observed.Type: GrantFiled: September 11, 1990Date of Patent: November 5, 1991Assignee: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Takeo Sato, Masaki Yamamoto, Shinichiro Aoki, Yoshiyuki Sugiyama, Yoshito Nakanishi, Hiroyuki Takeuchi

Patent number: 4870289Abstract: A system for controlling the relation in position between a photomask and a wafer for use in manufacturing apparatus of a highly integrated circuit such as large scale integration (LSI). The position control system includes a coherent light source for generating two light beams which are different in frequency and polarizing direction from each other. The light beams from the coherent light source is introduced into a first diffraction grating and the diffracted light from the first diffraction grating selectively pass through a telecentric lens system and are led to second and third diffraction gratings respectively disposed on the photomask and the wafer. Light beat signals are obtained in correspondance with the diffracted light from the second and third difraction gratings and the position relation between the photomask and wafer is controlled on the basis of the phase difference between the obtained light beat signals which corresponds to the position difference between the photomask and the wafer.Type: GrantFiled: September 23, 1988Date of Patent: September 26, 1989Assignee: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Takeo Sato, Shinichiro Aoki, Katsumasa Yamaguchi, Tadashi Kaneko, Noboru Nomura, Keisuke Koga, Kazuhiro Yamashita

Patent number: 4597079Abstract: In a redundant switchover system for a TDMA satellite communication system for relaying messages from earth station to earth station (A, B, C) via a communication satellite (SAT), an initially active terminal unit (1) for determines at an early stage that the transmit burst synchronization is lost, and an initially stand-by terminal unit (2) determines at a later stage that the transmit burst synchronization is lost. Thus, a fault in only the transmit portion of a first unit, which is undetected by other means, is detected by the first terminal unit, but not the second terminal unit. The second terminal unit does not determine loss of transmit burst synchronization until after the second transmit portion has been in operation for a sufficient period of time to establish whether it is operating properly.Type: GrantFiled: March 15, 1984Date of Patent: June 24, 1986Assignee: Fujitsu LimitedInventors: Shinichiro Aoki, Ryushiro Yoshizawa

Patent number: 4574377Abstract: A synchronization method and apparatus in redundant time-division-multiple-access communication equipment, wherein the synchronization between an active circuit and a standby circuit is carried out using a frequency divided signal from the active transmission frame timing signal instead of using the transmission frame timing signal. At timings other than the output timing of the frequency divided signal, the standby transmission frame counter runs independently. Thus, failure of the active circuit has less effect on the standby circuit and switching between the active circuit and the standby circuit can be carried out smoothly.Type: GrantFiled: November 18, 1983Date of Patent: March 4, 1986Assignee: Fujitsu LimitedInventors: Sachio Miyazaki, Shinichiro Aoki
