Abstract: An enclosing-sealing apparatus includes a flap opener that opens a flap of an envelope while the envelope is conveyed to an enclosing position. A first envelope detector is disposed upstream from the flap opener in an envelope conveyance direction and detects both ends of the envelope in the envelope conveyance direction. A second envelope detector is disposed downstream from the flap opener in the envelope conveyance direction and detects both ends of the envelope in the envelope conveyance direction in an open state in which the flap opens. A controller determines the open state of the flap based on a first detection result sent from the first envelope detector and a second detection result sent from the second envelope detector. The controller performs troubleshooting for enclosing the enclosure into the envelope if the controller determines that the open state of the flap is faulty.

A first display unit and a second display unit display images. The apparatus causes at least one of the first display unit and the second display unit to display a content. The apparatus selects one or more of the first display unit and the second display unit. The apparatus acquires screen data indicating a screen displayed on the selected display unit. The apparatus generates image data based on the acquired screen data.

Abstract: In a delivery network system, deliver a server that holds requested content is determined, using information included in a content request message from a communication terminal. A file or stream of the requested content is read from the determined server. When the content is moving image content, a bandwidth of a mobile network is estimated, based on a response signal or a congestion state notification signal from the communication terminal. The moving content is transmitted by controlling a timing of transmitting the read file or the read stream so as not exceed the estimated bandwidth.
