A movable mechanism moves the cover between a closed position, at which an opening of the apparatus housing is closed, and an opened position, at which the opening is opened. When the cover is in the closed position, a bending unit holds the cover in a state where the through hole is not formed. When the cover moves from the closed position to the opened position, the bending unit bends the cover to change the cover from a state in which the through hole is not formed to a state in which the through hole is formed.
