  • Patent number: 11965010
Abstract: Disclosed are a method for preparing a porcine-derived interferon-delta 5 (pIFN-?5) and an application of the pIFN-?5, where the method for preparing pIFN-?5 includes the following steps: step S1, obtaining a DNA fragment containing pIFN-?5 gene through reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) amplification by using the total RNA of pretreated porcine small intestinal epithelial cells IPEC-J2; step S2, inserting the DNA fragment containing pIFN-?5 gene into an exogenous expression vector to construct a recombinant expression vector for expressing the pIFN-?5 gene; and step S3, introducing the recombinant expression vector into a suitable host cell, and driving the host cell to express the pIFN-?5 gene to obtain the pIFN-?5. The recombinant pIFN-?5 protein is used to prepare drugs or preparations for inhibiting infection of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV), porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV), porcine delta coronavirus (PDCoV) and porcine rotavirus (PRoV).

  • Publication number: 20220169214
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide for generation of trajectories for a vehicle driving in an autonomous driving mode. For instance, information identifying a plurality of objects in the vehicle's environment and a confidence value for each of the objects is received. A set of constraints may be generated. That one or more processors are unable to solve for a trajectory given the set of constraints and an acceptable braking limit may be determined. A first constraint is identified as a constraint for which could not be solved and a first confidence value. That the vehicle should apply a maximum braking level is determined based on the identified first confidence value, a threshold, and the determination that the one or more processors are unable to solve for a trajectory. Based on the determination that the vehicle should apply the maximum braking level, the maximum braking level is applied.

  • Publication number: 20180239352
Abstract: A system that performs a method is disclosed. The system operates a vehicle in a first automation level corresponding to a first plurality of modes for operating the vehicle. The first plurality of modes comprises logic for performing automated driving operations, wherein the first automation level is associated with a first logic for transitioning between the first plurality of modes. While operating the vehicle in the first automation level, the system determines that automation level change criteria for transitioning from the first automation level to a second automation level are satisfied. In response to the determination, the system operates the vehicle in the second automation level corresponding to a second plurality of modes for operating the vehicle. The second plurality of modes comprises logic for performing automated driving operations, wherein the second automation level is associated with a second logic for transitioning between the second plurality of modes.

  • Patent number: 8151219
Abstract: Some embodiments provide a method and system for identifying error markers for patterns within a design layout that do not meet the manufacturing constraints. Some embodiments extend a region from the error marked region to extract a pattern for decomposition analysis. Some embodiments compare the extracted pattern to known patterns stored in a library, which also stores at least one previously computed decomposition solution for each known pattern. For an extracted pattern existing within the library, some embodiments retrieve the previously computed decomposition solution from the library. For an extracted pattern that does not exist within the library, some embodiments use one or more simulations to determine a decomposition solution for the extracted pattern. The resulting decomposition solution replaces the extracted pattern within the design layout producing a variant of the original layout that contains the decomposed solution for the pattern.
