The outer edge of the cover is welded to the upper end face of the cylinder body or inner wall of the upper end of the cylinder body. A through hole is arranged in the center of the cover, and a valve element mounting cylinder is welded at the through hole. This invention can effectively reduce supporting facilities required, production processes and dependence on large production equipment so as to reduce production cost and exhibit beautiful appearance.
