  • Patent number: 10811642
Abstract: Provided is a manufacturing method of a display device in which, after a layered body including a resin layer, a TFT layer, and a light emitting element layer is formed on a substrate configured to form a plurality of display devices, the resin layer is irradiated with laser from a back face of the substrate and the substrate is peeled from the layered body using a laser peeling device. The manufacturing method of a display device includes acquiring optical information of the substrate that is peeled off, detecting each acquisition result of the plurality of display devices from each assigned position of the plurality of display devices relative to the substrate, and performing predetermined processing on the display device in a case that the acquisition result of the display device exceeds a threshold value.

  • Publication number: 20180165996
Abstract: The present invention prevents an advance of a crack in a covering layer, without exposing a support. In a region between an edge part of a moistureproof layer (12) and a display region (2), wavy recessed patterns (7a, 7b, and 7c) are continuously or discontinuously provided so to connect one end of the moistureproof layer (12) and another end of the moistureproof layer (12). Each of the wavy recessed patterns (7a, 7b, and 7c) is recessed and is configured to change a direction in which a crack having appeared in the edge part of the moistureproof layer (12) advances.

  • Patent number: 8969111
Abstract: An IZO layer (113) is formed on an a-ITO layer (112), and resist patterns (202R, 202G) having different film thicknesses are formed in at least sub-pixels (71R, 71G). The a-ITO layer (112) and the IZO layer (113) are etched by utilizing (i) a reduction in thickness of the resist patterns (202R, 202G) by ashing and (ii) a change in etching tolerance due to transformation from the a-ITO layer (112) into a p-ITO layer (114).
