    Abstract: An electric device includes a substrate on which electronic components are mounted, and a metal plate to which the substrate is fixed. The metal plate includes first bosses provided at positions corresponding to four corners of the substrate, a second boss provided inside a rectangle that connects the four first bosses, and a slit that is provided adjacent to the second boss, and extends in non-parallel with any side of the rectangle. The substrate is fixed to each of the four first bosses with a first male screw, such that a rubber washer is sandwiched between the substrate and the first male screw. The substrate is fixed to the second boss with a second male screw, such that no rubber washer is sandwiched between the substrate and the second male screw.

    Abstract: A bag transport and tilt-correction device for a system for, for instance, manufacturing bags with diagonal spouts, the device including openable and closeable gripping members, an air chuck that opens and closes the gripping members, a reciprocal movement mechanism that reciprocates the gripping members between the bag receiving position and the bag hand-over position, and a reciprocal swing mechanisms that swing the gripping members within the vertical plane along the width direction of the gripped bags. The gripping members are moved together with a reciprocal moving body, which is part of the reciprocal movement mechanisms, and attached to the bottom edge of swing levers, which are part of the reciprocal swing mechanism and operated by a cam during the reciprocal movement process, so as to swing together with it. The tilt of the bag is corrected by the swing motion of the gripping members.

If the axial rotational orientation of the spout drifts from the bag width direction, the spout is rotated in the spout gripping members against friction force, so that the axial rotational orientation of the spout is corrected.

The upward and downward movement of the movable plate 32 is guided by the guide shafts 35. A plurality of rubber tubes 36 are connected between the fixed plate 31 and movable plate 32. The rubber tubes 36 expand in the radial direction and contract in length when compressed air is supplied and recover to their original state when the compressed air is discharged; accordingly, the movable plate 32 is moved to and from the fixed plate 31, and at the same time, the heating plates 33 and 34 are separated from and contacted with each other.

During the constant-speed rotation, spouts are transferred from the spout holding members of the continuously rotating extraction apparatus to the spout holding members of the rotary type transfer apparatus via a guide member.

    Abstract: An apparatus for inserting spouts into bags comprising a plurality of spout holding member disposed at equal intervals on the circumference of a continuously-rotating rotating table; and a pair of holding members which position and hold both side edges of bags, bag bottom receiving stands that support the lower ends of the bags, and suction plates which open the mouths of the bags with suction. The holding members hold side edges of supplied bags, the bag bottom receiving stand is raised to move the mouths of the bags to the suction plates, and the mouths of the bags are opened by suction by the suction plates. Then, the holding members, bag bottom receiving stand and suction plates are raised, and bags are fitted over the spouts and raised to the upper end of the sealing portion of the spouts. Afterward, the bags and spouts are temporarily sealed.

    Abstract: A continuous container-supplying apparatus in which a plurality of container holding assemblies, each comprising right-side and left-side holding members are provided on conveyor belts that run as an integral unit along an annular track that has a pair of parallel sections. Containers are intermittently supplied to the container holding assemblies on one side of the parallel sections, and then converted into a continuous movement in a single row on another side of the parallel sections so that containers are continuously supplied to a filling and packaging system. The right-side holding members are provided on the upper conveyor belt, and the left-side holding members are provided on the conveyor belt. When containers of different width are to be supplied, the relative positional relationship of the upper and lower conveyor belts in the conveying direction is adjusted so as to change the spacing between the right-side and left-side holding members.
