The support includes side plates and a bracket body that are connected at an included angle. The bracket body is configured to support busbars. The side plates are located at sides of the battery cells. A side surface of each side plate which is adjacent to the battery cells is provided with accommodation groove(s). Openings of the accommodation groove(s) face towards the battery cells, and the temperature sensor(s) are provided in the accommodation groove(s).

Abstract: A conformal boron doping method for a three-dimensional structure includes the steps of: removing a natural oxide layer on a surface of a silicon-based three-dimensional substrate; forming a buffer layer on the surface of the silicon-based three-dimensional substrate; forming a boron oxide thin film on the alumina buffer layer; covering a passivation layer on a surface of the boron oxide thin film; and driving boron impurities containing boron oxide into the silicon-based three-dimensional substrate through the buffer layer by using laser or rapid annealing, to dope the silicon-based three-dimensional substrate. Selecting suitable boron source precursors and oxidants solves the problems of difficult nucleation and inability to form a film after reaching a certain thickness for boron oxide. By selecting alumina as the passivation layer, it is possible to protect the boron oxide thin film from being damaged, and thus achieve damage-free diffusion doping during laser or rapid annealing processes.

Abstract: The present invention provides a piezoelectric film acoustic resonator, which comprises a substrate, a first electrode disposed over the substrate, a piezoelectric film disposed over the substrate and covering at least a portion of the first electrode and a second electrode disposed on a surface of the piezoelectric film away from the first electrode, one end of the first electrode extends in the direction away from the piezoelectric film to form a first extended pad, one end of the second electrode extends in the direction away from the first extended pad to form a second extended pad, the first extended pad comprises a first protruding reflection grating on the surface away from the substrate, the second extended pad comprises a second protruding reflection grating on the surface away from the substrate. The configuration can reduce the impact on acoustic performance while improving the quality factor.

The expansion valve is connected between the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger, and the expansion valve is configured to adjust a pressure of a refrigerant flowing through the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger, so that a flow rate of the refrigerant flowing through the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger is adjusted.
