Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for separating a neural crest derived cell from peripheral blood. In the present disclosure, a mononuclear cell is separated from the peripheral blood and then directly cultured, thereby maximizing use of a neural crest stem cell with a differentiation potential to avoid loss of the neural crest stem cell. In the method of the present disclosure, a sample to be separated is derived from the peripheral blood. The method shows less trauma and low cost. Most importantly, compared to extracting the neural crest derived cell from tissues, the neural crest derived cell extracted from the peripheral blood can be used clinically as a type of biomarker.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an electrochemical sensing intelligent chamber with integrated environmental parameters, comprising a chamber body of the intelligent chamber for electrochemical sensing and detection. A communication control unit, a temperature monitoring unit, a gas detection unit and an electrochemical sensing and detection unit are arranged in the chamber body. An environmental parameter monitoring unit that can monitor temperature and gas is integrated; and all monitored environmental variables may be uploaded to a smart phone for a user to view. Operation steps in the electrochemical sensor measurement process conducted in the chamber body are fully automated.

Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of gloves, and relates to a biodegradable glove and a preparation method thereof. It comprises the following steps: S1, passing a glass fiber or steel yarn metal through a yarn tension controller and the spindle hole as the yarn core, and winding and wrapping the biodegradable filament yarn as the outer yarn to form the coated yarn for gloves, then weaving into textile gloves on a glove knitting machine; S2. gum dipping the textile gloves to form the degradable gloves. The preparation method is simple and easy to operate, and is suitable for large-scale production.

Abstract: A method for preparing a material composition comprising a hollow transition metal oxide nanoparticle supported upon a carbon material support includes a solution impregnation process step, followed by a thermal reduction process step and finally a thermal oxidation process step. The material composition, an electrode and an electrical component such as but not limited to a battery are all predicated at least in-part upon the material composition prepared in accord with the foregoing method. The foregoing material composition, electrode, battery and method may ultimately provide a LIB with enhanced performance.
