    Abstract: Disclosed is a graded early warning system for rollover of heavy-duty truck based on time-varying interactive Kalman filtering and early warning method thereof. The system includes an infrared speed measuring module, a gyroscope, a humidity signal acquisition sensor, a bluetooth data transmission module and a main control chip. The infrared speed measuring module, the gyroscope, the humidity signal acquisition sensor are respectively connected with input ends of the main control chip through control lines. A video output end of the main control chip is connected with a liquid crystal display through video signal line.     Abstract: A navigation apparatus and a method for updating map data thereof are provided. A map database of the navigation apparatus stores data of a plurality of existed roads. When coordinates of the navigation apparatus are not located on any one of the existed roads, a comparison module of the navigation apparatus determines whether the shortest distance between the coordinates and the existed roads exceeds a predetermined threshold. If the shortest distance exceeds the predetermined threshold, a map data adding module updates a traveling path according to a plurality of succeeding coordinates of the navigation apparatus until the navigation apparatus is determined to return on one of the existed roads. When the map data adding module finishes updating the traveling path, the map data adding module stores data of the traveling path in the map database of the navigation apparatus.

    Abstract: An integrated circuit with electrically programmable fuse circuitry coupled to a programming transistor is provided. The programming transistor may be a metal-oxide-semiconductor transistor that is separated from other circuitry in an integrated circuit substrate with shallow trench isolation. The electrically programmable fuse circuitry may be formed in a second layer above the integrated circuit substrate using a conductive material which may be tungsten-based. This second layer may further include interconnect wires made from the same conductive material. The electrically programmable fuse may be coupled to the programming transistor through vias and routing paths in a fourth layer above the integrated circuit substrate. The routing paths in the fourth layer may be made from a conductive material which may be different than the fuse conductive material used to form the programmable fuse circuitry.

During programming operations, control circuitry floats the body while applying a positive voltage to the drain and a negative voltage to the source. This causes the drain and source, which serve as the collector and emitter in a parasitic bipolar transistor, to break down. The drain-to-source (collector-to-emitter) breakdown causes sufficient current to flow through the source to alter the source electrode and thereby increase the resistance of the source significantly. During sensing operations, control circuitry may apply a voltage across the drain and source while grounding the body to determine whether the memory element has been programmed.
