    Abstract: The present invention discloses an application of a substance that reduces the content or activity of KAT7 in preventing senescence and treating hepatic fibrosis. The present invention finds out that knockdown KAT7 genes have a definite effect on delaying senescence and treating hepatic fibrosis; and WM-3835 as a KAT7 inhibitor has a definite effect on delaying the senescence of hepatocytes. The present invention provides a new idea for developing genes for delaying senescence and treating hepatic fibrosis, and expands the options of clinical gene therapy and drug therapy.

    Abstract: We provide ZnO nanoporcupines and a coating comprising ZnO nanoporcupines. Each nanoporcupine comprises a ZnO stem attached by one end to said surface, and a plurality of ZnO nanospikes attached to and extending away from the surface of the stem, the nanospikes being spread across the surface of the stem. The nanoporcupines and coating have antibacterial properties. We also provide a method of producing the nanoporcupine/coating comprising the steps of immersing a surface with ZnO stem precursors in a reaction mixture comprising hexamethylenetetramine, up to about 1 mM of L-ascorbic acid, and up to about 1 mM of a zinc salt in deionized water, and heating the reaction mixture at a temperature between about 90° C. and about 95° C. to produce the ZnO nanoporcupines on the surface.

The antenna element and the metal element are separately disposed on the substrate at a preset distance. A ground point of the metal element is fastened on a pad of the substrate, and the ground point is on a side of the metal element close to the antenna element. A first reverse current opposite to an antenna current generated by the antenna element is obtained through coupling on the side of the metal element close to the antenna element, and a second reverse current opposite to a substrate current generated by the substrate is obtained through coupling at a lower part of the metal element that is in contact with the substrate.
