The said metal patch is disposed on the top surface of the PCB, and fixed to the LTCC antenna by soldering. The utility model sets the LTCC antenna and the metal patch together, turning the original monopole antenna into a coupled-feed dipole antenna. By setting the size of a patch (metal sheet), the antenna resonance working frequency can be lowered to a low frequency without increasing the antenna length.
