    Abstract: A disaster evaluation apparatus is disclosed. The disaster evaluation apparatus includes at least one memory configured to store an instruction. The disaster evaluation apparatus also includes at least one processor configured to execute the instruction to: respectively perform, in response to occurrence of a disaster, simulations of damage states for plural types of events caused by the disaster; convert data indicating the damage state as each of simulation results by the simulations into data indicating a common social value; and evaluate a change in a social value that is caused by the disaster, based on plural pieces of the converted data.
