A display information determination unit determines information relevant to the display of the partition, based on the measurement value corresponding to the partition. In a case where two or more measurement values measured at timings different from each other correspond to one partition, the display information determination unit calculates a representative value from the two or more measurement values, and determines information to be displayed in the partition, based on the representative value.
