    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing a polyolefin using a supported hybrid metallocene catalyst. According to the present disclosure, a polyolefin having a narrow molecular weight distribution can be prepared very effectively by introducing a cocatalyst in an optimum content in the presence of a supported hybrid metallocene catalyst containing two or more metallocene compounds having a specific chemical structure. The polyolefin prepared according to the present disclosure exhibits excellent uniformity in chlorine distribution in polyolefin during chlorination, thereby significantly improving elongation of the chlorinated polyolefin, compatibility with PVC and impact reinforcing performance. Thus, it exhibits excellent chemical resistance, weather resistance, flame retardancy, processability and impact strength reinforcing effect, and can be suitably applied as an impact reinforcing agent for PVC pipes and window profiles.

    Abstract: Embodiments described herein generally relate to sub-pixel circuits that may be utilized in a display such as an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display. The device includes substrate, pixel-defining layer (PDL) structures disposed over the section of the substrate, inorganic or metal overhang structures disposed on an upper surface of the PDL structures, and a plurality of sub-pixels. The PDL structures include a trench disposed in the top surface of the PDL structure. Each sub-pixel includes an anode, an OLED material disposed over and in contact with the anode, and a cathode disposed over the OLED material. The inorganic or metal overhang structures have an overhang extension that extends laterally over the trench. An encapsulation layer is disposed over the cathode and extends under at least a portion of the inorganic or metal overhang structures and along a top surface of the PDL structures.

It was confirmed that a C—C chemokine receptor type 2 (CCR2) protein, a polynucleotide encoding the CCR2 protein, or a mesenchymal stem cell transduced with the CCR2 according to the present invention neutralize bone disease factor MCP-1, thereby reducing the collagen epitope (CTX-II) and collagen metabolism factors (MMP1 and MMP3) relating to collagen absorption in the body. In addition, it was confirmed that the expression of the SOX9 gene and anti-inflammatory cytokines (TGF-? and IL-10) related to cartilage differentiation was significantly increased. Thus, the present invention has excellent regenerative ability against osteoarthritis and excellent pain suppression and alleviation effects, and thus can be effectively used for preventing or treating bone diseases such as osteoarthritis.
