The homeotropic alignment liquid crystal film prepared according to the present invention may be very useful as a major component of a viewing-angle compensation film and a retardation film, etc. in LCD, and has advantages of simplicity of the manufacturing process, its shortened manufacturing time, its mass production, etc.
