Abstract: A computer I/O port system includes a CPU, a plurality of switches and a plurality of I/O ports connecting with each other by PCI Express buses. A first switch receives a pair of PCI Express signals from the CPU, converts them into a plurality of pairs of PCI Express signals and sends one pair thereof to a first I/O port and another pair thereof the a second switch. The second switch converts the another pair of PCI Express signals into a plurality of pairs of PCI Express signals and sends one pair thereof to a second I/O port and another pair to a third switch and so on until a last switch converts the pair of PCI Express signals it receives into a plurality of pairs of PCI Express signals and sends one pair thereof to a last I/O port. The I/O ports are USB ports.

Abstract: A hard disk device includes a storage module, a control chip, an encryption chip, and a power switching module to power the storage module. The control chip controls a display interface to prompt a user to enter a password, and outputs the password to the encryption chip, when a central processing unit accesses the storage module through the control chip. The password is encrypted to generate an encrypted password by the encryption chip, and the encryption chip transfers the encrypted password to the control chip. The control chip sets a first received encrypted password as a reference password. When the control chip determines that a number of subsequent continuously received encrypted passwords are different from the reference password, the control chip controls the power switching module not to power the storage module.

Abstract: A device to issue an alarm when an operating voltage is below or above a set range includes a detecting circuit, a processing circuit, and a warning circuit. The detecting circuit has first and second predetermined voltages preset and an operating voltage is read from an electronic component. The operating voltage is compared with the set range and the result of comparison is transmitted to the processing circuit. The processing circuit outputs a control signal to the warning circuit according to the comparison signal and the warning circuit outputs warning information. An electronic device including the alarm device is also provided.

Abstract: A hard disk device includes a main body and a temperature alarm circuit. The temperature alarm circuit includes a temperature detecting module detecting an internal temperature of the hard disk device, a control chip electrically coupled to the temperature detecting module to receive the internal temperature and configured to compare the internal temperature with a first preset temperature and a second preset temperature, a voltage pull-up module electrically coupled to the control chip, and an alarm module electrically coupled to the voltage pull-up module. The control chip outputs a control signal to the voltage pull-up module, the voltage pull-up module pulls up voltage of the control signal, and transmits the voltage pulled up control signal to the alarm module, and the alarm module alarms, in event that the internal temperature is higher than or equal to the first preset temperature or less than or equal to the second preset temperature.

Abstract: A secure switch module to allow only authorized keyholders to power on an electronic device includes a lock, a key matching the lock, and a power switch. The lock includes a first lock pin electrically connected to a ground pin of a motherboard of the electronic device, and a second lock pin. The power switch includes a button, a first elastic conductive sheet electrically connected to the second lock pin, and a second elastic conductive sheet electrically connected to a power on pin of the motherboard. When the key is engaged with the lock and the button is pressed, the first lock pin is electrically connected to the second lock pin, the first elastic conductive sheet is electrically connected to the second elastic conductive sheet, the power on pin receives a low level signal, and the electronic device is turned on.

Abstract: A computing device includes a display, a universal serial bus (USB) power source having a voltage output port to output a voltage to power input/output (I/O) devices connected to USB interfaces of the computing device, and a switch circuit connected between the display and the USB power source. The switch circuit can synchronously turn off the display and control the USB power source to stop outputting the voltage, and can synchronously turn on the display and control the USB power source to output the voltage.

Abstract: A memory card includes a control chip, a buffer, a NAND gate, and an inverter. The memory card has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. A first group of conductive pins is located on the first surface, and connected to the buffer through a first channel. A second group of conductive pins is located on the second surface, and connected to the buffer through a second channel. An order of pins of the first group of conductive pins located on the first surface from left to right is the same as an order of pins of the second group of conductive pins located on the second. The buffer is electrically connected to the control chip. Data can be transmitted between the first group of conductive pins or the second group of conductive pins and the control chip through the buffer.
