  • Publication number: 20250011779
Abstract: The present invention relates to compositions and methods for enhancing the gene silencing activity of oligonucleotide compounds. In particular, the invention relates to inhibiting the expression or activity of suppressor proteins, such as RAB18, ZW10, STX18, SCFD2, NAPG, SAMD4B, or VPS37A, to increase the efficacy of ligand-conjugated oligonucleotide compounds in reducing the expression of target genes in a cell.

  • Patent number: 11686637
Abstract: A silicon carbide-based micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) combined temperature-pressure sensor chip and a preparation thereof. The chip includes a peripheric pressure-measuring unit and a center temperature-measuring unit. The pressure-measuring unit includes a silicon carbide substrate with a raised island and a pressure sensitive diaphragm formed by etching the back of the substrate. The raised island and the pressure-sensitive diaphragm constitute a membrane-island structure. Four piezoresistive strips are arranged symmetrically along a circumferential direction of a root of the pressure-sensitive diaphragm and between the raised island and the pressure-sensitive diaphragm. The temperature-measuring unit includes the raised island and a thin-film thermocouple arranged thereon.

  • Patent number: 11344117
Abstract: An electric shelf which has at least one column to be installed on a wall, a slidable component arranged on the column to slide along the column vertically, at least one layer of shelf board component connected to the slidable component to move simultaneously with the slidable component, and a linear driving device connected to the slidable component and the column to actuate the slidable component to move relative to the column. Advantages of the present disclosure compared to prior arts include a simpler structure and less space occupied by the shelf board component.
