    Abstract: Surgical catheter apparatus for catheterized intraocular irrigation and aspiration, and a method of use are provided. The apparatus has an elongated body comprising an aspiration tube and an irrigation tube in double-barrel relation for transport of fluid, each tube having proximal and distal portions in which the distal portion is curved in a compound curve comprising both lateral curvature and transverse curvature. The distal portion includes an aspiration port and an irrigation port, the aspiration port being end-located and spaced on the curvature away from the irrigation port.
