  • Publication number: 20040168363
Abstract: A device for holding an odor-producing repellent. The device comprises two oppositely disposed compartments for holding the repellent and a pair of substantially parallel strips connecting the pods together. Each pod includes a cap for enclosing each pod and a plurality of slots on both the pods and the caps for allowing the odor-repellent to be released into the immediate atmosphere. The device is flexible and can be secured to a treebranch by twisting one pod and placing it between and through the connecting strips. Once through, the pod is secured in place and cannot return through the strips, thereby securing the device to a treebranch.

  • Patent number: 6651378
Abstract: A refillable bait station for containing and holding a bait for insects. The bait is stored in an interior chamber of the invention. A ramp extending from beneath the station allows the insects to reach the bait within the bait station. The ramp is supported by a pyramidal shaped housing having tapering sidewalls that allow the insects to descend to the level of the bait. A floating feeding pad extending from the periphery of the housing allows the insects to access the bait without the risk of becoming trapped. The station can be secured to the ground by a security stake having a plurality of retaining members thereon or to a dry, hard surface with double-sided adhesive tape. A tamper resistant filling cap allows the station to be refilled through an access aperture equipped with a spill proof shield.

  • Patent number: 4660320
Abstract: A tamper proof, non-spilling bait station for small rodents is provided with a generally pentagonal shape suitable for placement in a 90.degree. room corner. Two rodent entranceways located in two outer walls of the container provide rodent access to a single rodent passageway which extends generally around the inner periphery of the enclosure. The rodent passageway leads to a single bait containment chamber. The rodent entranceways are partially occluded by primary and secondary anti-contamination barriers while the rodent passageway is provided with a plurality of bait containment barriers which serve to minimize spillage or tracking of poisonous bait. A removable lid extends over the outer walls of the container thus enclosing the rodent passageway and bait containment chamber.

  • Patent number: 4550525
Abstract: A tamper proof rodent baiting station is provided with a generally triangular shape, and rodent access entrances at two corners are connected via an entrance passageway along a first exterior wall. A central passageway is connecting to and extending from the entrance passageway towards the third corner, rodent bait retention areas are accessible from the central passageway, and rodent inaccessible openings are provided at the third corner, providing an apparent egress for rodents traveling along the central passageway.

  • Patent number: 4438584
Abstract: A non-toxic adhesive trap for mice and insects using a pressure sensitive adhesive which is insensitive to normal heat variations in a room and will not bleed onto adjacent surfaces. A non-porous plastic tray has a central indentation into which molten material is poured which then thickens to provide a tacky layer which will trap, by self-adhesion, any vermin coming into contact therewith.

  • Patent number: 4026064
Abstract: A metal rodent bait protection box is provided with a removable disposable plastic feed tray which has indentations which coact with the box indentations to retain the tray in proper position. The lid of the box is provided with an overhanging portion which prevents contamination of the bait. The access hole is located a distance above the base of the box to help in preventing contamination.
