  • Publication number: 20230278093
Abstract: A machine handling device for handling a sheet-metal workpiece includes a control device that comprises two sensing elements, and a testing station that includes a testing device configured to test functional capability of the control device. The testing device includes a respective electrically conductive testing-contact body for each of the two sensing elements of the control device. The testing station further includes a testing-evaluation device configured to apply a testing voltage between the respective sensing element and the corresponding testing-contact body. The testing-evaluation device includes a testing-measuring unit and a testing-comparing unit. The testing-measuring unit is configured to measure an actual value of a contact-dependent electrical variable that is dependent on a state of an electrically conducting contact between the sensing element and the testing-contact body.

  • Patent number: 8874561
Abstract: Methods and apparatus, including computer program products, are provided for storing data in a database. The data, whose structures are configurable, may comprise a time series, the time series comprising a set of key figure values of individual time periods, the key figure values being associated with a combination of parameter values, wherein the set of key figure values is organized in a number of configurable clusters.

  • Patent number: 7052768
Abstract: Solid insulator for gas-insulated encapsulated high voltage installations with an insulator body, which is supporting at least one central conductor that is provided for carrying high voltage and that is arranged in an outer enclosure. The insulator body comprises a fiber-reinforced polymer.

  • Publication number: 20060085244
Abstract: Systems and methods for distributed resource management are provided. The systems and methods may simulate a plurality of supply schedules for a family of parts, compare the plurality of supply schedules, and store a supply schedule selected from the plurality of supply schedules. Each supply schedule may be respectively associated with a period of time reflecting a desired supply level for the parts.

  • Publication number: 20060069629
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for redeploying stock between inventory locations. The systems and methods may include receiving a redeployment indication indicating stock to be redeployed and determining, based on the redeployment indication, the first inventory location for receiving the stock and the second inventory location for redeploying the stock. Further, the systems and methods may include determining a cost-benefit value based on a savings value and a move cost value, wherein the savings value reflects an amount to be saved if the stock was redeployed from the second location to the first location and wherein the move cost value reflects a cost for redeploying the stock from the second location to the first location. Finally, a determination to deploy the stock may be made by comparing the cost-benefit value to, for example, a redeployment threshold value.

  • Patent number: 6468659
Abstract: The resin system comprises at least two components which can be stored separately and crosslinked with one another at room temperature, preferably without curing accelerators. The first component comprises at least one compound of the formula (I) where A is an unsubstituted or substituted aromatic radical. The second component comprises at least one cyclic anhydride of an organic acid.
