  • Patent number: 10549300
Abstract: A mounting head (T) for mounting a pump or a valve on a neck (22) of a reservoir (2), the mounting head (T) having a mounting member (3) for imparting an axial mounting movement from an axial arrangement placed on the neck (22). The mounting member (3) has a centering mechanism (35, 36, 4) bringing the dispenser member (1) into an axial arrangement on the neck (22) if offset. The mounting head (3) has mounting tabs (31) movable axially so as to bring the dispenser member (1) from the axial arrangement towards the final position, and movable radially inwards so as to return the dispenser member (1) into an axial arrangement. An outer clamping collar (4) simultaneously moves the mounting tabs (31) radially inwards from a spaced-apart rest position.

  • Publication number: 20160074890
Abstract: A mounting head (T) for mounting a pump or a valve on a neck (22) of a reservoir (2) so as to constitute a fluid dispenser, the mounting head (T) comprising a mounting member (3) for imparting an axial mounting movement from an axial arrangement placed on the neck (22), the mounting member (3) incorporating axial centering means (35, 36, 4) for bringing the dispenser member (1) into an axial arrangement on the neck (22) of the reservoir (2) if it has been placed in an offset manner on the neck (22); the mounting head (3) being characterized in that it comprises a plurality of mounting tabs (31) that are movable axially so as to bring the dispenser member (1) from the axial arrangement towards the final position, and that are movable radially inwards so as to return the dispenser member (1) into an axial arrangement, the mounting head (T) further comprising an outer clamping collar (4) for simultaneously moving the mounting tabs (31) radially inwards from a spaced-apart rest position.

  • Patent number: 8726615
Abstract: A packaging method for packaging fluid (P) in a fluid dispenser comprising a fluid reservoir (1) defining an opening (13), and a fluid dispenser member (2), such as a pump or a valve, for mounting in leaktight manner on the opening (13) of the reservoir, an inert gas, such as nitrogen or argon, being present in the reservoir above the fluid (P) while the dispenser member (2) is being mounted in leaktight manner on the opening (13) of the reservoir, such that the fluid (P) is in contact with the inert gas in the reservoir (1); the method being characterized in that the step of mounting the dispenser member (2) in leaktight manner on the opening (13) of the reservoir (1) is performed under a vacuum, the inert gas is evacuated, at least in part, from the reservoir during this evacuation step, such that the reservoir is subjected to an inert-gas vacuum.

  • Publication number: 20050285000
Abstract: Mounting equipment (1) for mounting a dispenser member (3) on a neck (22) of a receptacle (2) by force-fitting, the neck presenting an axis of symmetry (X), said equipment including a thrust member (14) that is capable of exerting thrust on the dispenser member (3) so as to force-fit it on the receptacle neck, the equipment being characterized in that it further includes: a first guide wall (128) for bringing the dispenser member at least approximately onto the axis (X) of the neck (22); and a second guide wall (148) for bringing the dispenser member more accurately onto the axis of the neck.
