The plurality of first identical shapes can be cut into the plate at a depth from 5 percent to 75 percent of the plate thickness. The plurality of second identical shapes can be positioned adjacent the first plurality of identical shapes forming a textured pattern on the plate. The plurality of second identical shapes can be sized to fit within a first inner diameter and extend through the plate, wherein a first portion of plant matter or medicine is broken down through grinding with the plurality of first identical shapes while a second portion of plant matter or medicine is cut using the plurality of second identical shapes before passing through the plurality of second identical shapes forming a ground and cut material.
