  • Publication number: 20220186869
Abstract: The invention relates to a fitting for permanently connecting to at least one tube, the fitting including: a main body; a retaining element which has locking elements for locking to a corresponding locking element of the tube to be connected; a sealing element; and a blocking ring, the blocking ring allowing movement of the retaining element in the radial direction in a first axial position and preventing movement of the retaining element outwards in the radial direction in a second axial position. Said fitting solves the technical problem of providing a fitting suitable for permanently connecting tubes.

  • Publication number: 20180355590
Abstract: A device for connecting at least one fitting and a pipe includes at least one inlet, at least one outlet, at least one connection and an inner channel which connects the inlet and the outlet in a through-flowing manner, a drainage channel being provided, which connects the inner channel to the connection in a through-flowing manner. The device connects at least one fitting and a pipe, by means of which the fitting is protected and hygiene conditions improved. To this end, the drainage channel includes at least one section for thermal decoupling of the inner channel and the connection. Further disclosed is a system including at least one device described above.

  • Patent number: 9004541
Abstract: A fitting for sealingly connecting to a pipe end of a pipe comprising a plastic material, comprising a base member and a support member, wherein the base member is made of a metal, and the support member is designed as a separate part made of plastic. The base member comprises means on the inside thereof, and the support member comprises means on the outside thereof for connecting the base member and the support member in a sealing fashion. A system comprising such a fitting with a composite or multi-layered pipe and a sleeve, or such a fitting with a plastic pipe and a sleeve.

  • Patent number: 8745843
Abstract: A force-transmitting element for non-detachable workpiece connections includes a flange portion and a transmitting portion, wherein the transmitting portion has a substantially cylindrical inner peripheral surface and wherein the wall thickness of the transmitting portion tapers at least in sections from the end close to the flange portion to the end remote from the flange portion. An operationally reliable non-detachable workpiece connection can be obtained despite relatively small dimensions of the force-transmitting element. The end of the transmitting portion which is close to the flange portion has at least one latching depression on the outer peripheral surface.

  • Patent number: 8567034
Abstract: The invention relates to a compression tool (2) for the permanent connection of workpieces (14, 16, 18, 30, 34) having two pivot elements (4), which each have a compression jaw (10), and having at least one rotational axis (6), on which the pivot elements (4) are hinged, wherein the inner contours of the opposing compression jaws (10) form a receiving area (12). The present invention is based on the technical problem of disclosing an alternative compression tool (2), with which a permanent connection can be provided between workpieces (14, 16, 18, 30, 34) by axial compression. The technical problem is solved in that the inner contours have at least one sliding face (22), which is inclined relative to the receiving area axis (20). A compression tool (2) can thus be provided which, starting from a radial inward movement, performs a compression in the axial direction, nonetheless requires little installation space, and offers weight advantages due to a smaller axial extension, for example.

  • Patent number: 8262138
Abstract: A transmission element, which has a permanent nondetachable connection, is producible employing an axial pressing technique using simple means. The transmission element for workpiece connections to be axially compressed includes a flange section and a transmission section. The transmission section exhibits a substantially cylindrical internal peripheral surface, and the wall thickness of the transmission section tapers from the end proximal to the flange section to the end distal to the flange section. The transmission element is manufactured from a heat-resistant plastic.
