  • Patent number: 10742898
Abstract: Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for verifying times and locations of image data of cameras for vehicles. The method for verifying times and locations of image data of cameras for vehicles includes anonymously receiving digests including locations and times of data created by cameras for a plurality of vehicles, respectively, forming a mesh structure by bi-directionally connecting the cameras for the plurality of vehicles to cameras for adjacent vehicles, based on a relationship between the received digests, and if the mesh structure is formed, verifying times and locations for the digests constituting the mesh structure based on the formed mesh structure.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: July 20, 2016
Date of Patent: August 11, 2020
Assignee: Industry-University Cooperation Foundation Hanyang University Erica Campus
Inventors: Suk Bok Lee, Min Ho Kim, Jae Min Lim, Eun Su Lee, Hyun Woo You, Ki Yeon Kim

  • Patent number: 8340690
Abstract: Techniques for content management in wireless mobile networks are provided. In one aspect, a method of managing content stored on a plurality of mobile nodes in a mobile ad hoc network (MANET) is provided. The method includes the following step. The content is bound to one or more geographical locations such that, at any given time, the content is stored on at least one of the nodes at the geographical location.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: April 8, 2011
Date of Patent: December 25, 2012
    Assignee: International Business Machines Corporation
Inventors: Ho Yin Starsky Wong, Kang-Won Lee, Suk-Bok Lee

  • Patent number: 7869403
Abstract: A method for assigning physical resource blocks (PRBs) is described. A first PRB is assigned to a first device from a plurality of devices. The first device maximizes a proportional fair algorithm on the first PRB. A second PRB is assigned to a second device from the plurality of devices. The second device maximizes a proportional fair algorithm on the second PRB. A determination is made whether a higher throughput would occur if the first PRB is assigned to the second device and the second PRB is assigned to the first device. The assignment of the first PRB is exchanged with the assignment of the second PRB if a higher throughput would occur.
    Type: Grant

Date of Patent: January 11, 2011
Assignee: Sharp Laboratories of America, Inc.
