  • Publication number: 20100278163
Abstract: Provided is a method of delivering data in a wireless personal area network. One of nodes forming the wireless personal area network broadcasts data including the address and the sequence number of one node to a plurality of other nodes, and broadcasts one of the data and other data to the other nodes depending on whether the data is received from the other nodes within a predetermined time. Accordingly, all the nodes on the network can receive data reliably and simultaneously power consumption is reduced, and thus the life of the network is extended.

  • Publication number: 20100241655
Abstract: An apparatus for and a method of transmitting sensing data of a sensor node for proactive data filtering in a wireless sensor network are provided. In the apparatus and method, a request query of sensing data and timer parameters are received, local sensing data sensed in the sensor node in response to the received request query are detected, a driving time of a timer applying the timer parameters based on the request query is set, and the local sensing data are transmitted when the local sensing data do not overlap sensing data of a neighboring sensor node within a wireless reception range of the sensor node by overhearing the sensing data of the neighboring sensor node during the set driving time of the timer. Thus, since a data transferring path is selected considering the remaining energy of the node, the energy exhaustion of the node is distributed, thereby improve the lifespan of the network.

  • Publication number: 20100210238
Abstract: A terminal supporting peer-to-peer (P2P) communication, wherein a transceiver of the terminal is implemented to support P2P communication with an adjacent terminal in the same cell. Thus, when short-range communication is possible, the terminal performs P2P communication directly with the adjacent terminal, not via a base station. Consequently, when terminals use different mobile telecommunication service providers or there is no base station network, the terminals can be used for short-range communication. More particularly, when a receiving channel state becomes satisfactory while communication with an adjacent terminal is being performed via a base station, the terminal directly switches to a P2P communication mode and performs communication with the adjacent terminal.

  • Patent number: 7703237
Abstract: An apparatus for cultivating a cucumber, eggplant or the like includes a fastening element for allowing an opened cover body to be fastened into a closed state or a closed cover body to be separated into an opened state by causing a catching protrusion opened along the longitudinal direction of the cover body, and a plurality of catching steps to allow the cover body to be coupled and fastened when catching steps are hooked on a catching protrusion, and a cover body distortion prevention projection formed protruding from the catching protrusion to fix opposite sides of each of the catching steps when each catching step is hooked on the catching protrusion. Cover body separation/opening supports are formed, respectively, on the top of each catching step and on the catching protrusion such that the fastened cover body can be unfastened and opened.

  • Publication number: 20070186464
Abstract: An apparatus for cultivating a cucumber according to a prior art has the following problem. That is, since a cover body of the related art apparatus is not easily fastened or unfastened, the cover body may be distorted due to a non-uniform expansion pressure applied thereto while the cucumber grows. Therefore, it is difficult to reuse the apparatus and the value of commodity is lowered due to the non-uniform shape and standard of the cultivated cucumber. The present invention is conceived to solve the above problem.

  • Patent number: 5905710
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of controlling a re-emission interval of an asynchronous transfer mode interval controller using a theoretical departure time. The present invention controls the generation of CDV in a controller of the current RDT similarly to the existing RDT method for controlling the intervals of ATM cells by processing the time which a cell is outputted from an interval controller as a theoretical departure time and registering by a little earlier time in CSQ compensating for the queuing delay of OQ, and solves the problem of the queuing delay accumulation in the existing RDT method.
