  • Patent number: 5792395
Abstract: A plasticization control method for an injection molding machine in which the plasticized state of resin in an injection cylinder is controlled in measuring based on the detected rotating force of a screw. A reference screw rotating force C or F required for desired measuring operation is determined. Using the reference screw rotating force C or F as a reference, upper and lower limits D and E of an allowable screw rotating force range, in which measuring can be performed normally, are set for each of screw positions, and then stored as an allowable value file. The rotating force V acting on the screw during measuring operation is successively detected. If the rotating force V is not between the upper and lower limits D and E of the allowable range relating to the current position of the screw, it is judged that plasticization is abnormal and an abnormality alarm is outputted.

  • Patent number: 5635468
Abstract: The present invention relates to a liquefying alkaline .alpha.-amylase having the enzymatic properties described below, a production process thereof and a detergent composition containing the same.1) Action:It hydrolyzes .alpha.-1,4-glucosidic linkages in starches, amylose, amylopectin and partial degradation products thereof and from amylose, forms glucose (G1), maltose (G2), maltotriose (G3), maltotetraose (G4), maltopentaose (G5) and maltohexaose (G6). It however does not act on pullulan.2) Isoelectric point:It has an isoelectric point higher than 8.5 when measured by an isoelectric focusing electrophoresis. The amylase according to the present invention has a liquefying activity capable of permitting degrading starches and starchy polysaccharides at high random, and has an optimum pH on the alkaline side. Owing to the high isoelectric point, it can be purified readily. Detergents with the amylase incorporated therein have excellent detergency especially against the soil of smeared food.

  • Patent number: 5567367
Abstract: An average is obtained between output readings of a pressure sensor obtained when forward and reverse thrusts are applied to an injection screw by positively driving a servomotor for injection. The average value is used as a correction value for a reading deviation of the pressure sensor. The injection servomotor is positively driven to apply a thrust to the screw. This known thrust and the actual reading of the sensor are compared. A deviation between these values is used as the correction value for the reading deviation of the sensor.

  • Patent number: 5279778
Abstract: A positioning correction method for a motor-operated injection molding machine, intended to eliminate waste of power supply to or overheat of servomotors by locking up in an ideal state the motor-operated injection molding machine, which uses a toggle mechanism or crank for mold clamping and other operations. During the lockup period, a load RA acting on a mold clamping servomotor 7 is detected (S8), and a position command value PM for the servomotor 7 is increased or decreased in the next cycle in a direction such that the value of the load RA is reduced, if the value of the load RA is greater than a preset reference value V0 (S12, S13). As a result, a rotation center Q1 of a crank 2 and two opposite ends Q2 of a link 3 are locked up in a straight line, so that a moment of rotation produced by a mold clamping reaction force is removed from the rotation center Q1 of the crank 2.
