The inlet ports project from the inlet portion and each inlet port comprises a passageway in fluid communication with the plenum. In some embodiments, the inlet ports project from a rear, or trailing, wall of the main body. In other embodiments, the outlet portion terminates at an exit face in which the exit orifice is formed, with a tip region of the outlet portion forming a taper angle of not more than 90 degrees in extension to the exit face.

In some embodiments, the exhaust ports are symmetrically arranged in a plane perpendicular to an optical axis of the collector mirror. In some embodiments, three exhaust ports are disposed such that an angle between any two adjacent ports is 120 degrees. In some embodiments, four exhaust ports are disposed such that an angle between any two adjacent ports is 90 degrees. In some embodiments, the chamber is configured to maintain a pressure in a range from 0.1 mbar to 10 mbar.

    Abstract: A step-sensing treadmill includes a frame assembly includes a lower frame securely mounted on a ground, a controller electrically connected to a dashboard and two step-sensing units each of which is mounted between the walking belt assembly and a left side or a right side of the lower frame of the frame assembly, and is collaborated with the controller to continuously sense a voltage variation caused by user's movement on walking belt relative to the walking belt in a motionless state. When the first voltage variation is greater than a predetermined voltage variation threshold, the controller determines that one user's left or right step on the walking belt is made, and increments a left or right step number by one. The left and right step numbers can be used to further calculate calorie burned, and determine exercising conditions of the user during an exercise activity.
