  • Publication number: 20210358983
Abstract: A solid-state image sensor filter includes: a light-incident surface on which light is incident; an infrared filter located on a side of a photoelectric conversion element on which the light-incident surface is disposed; and a barrier layer located on a side of the infrared filter on which the light-incident surface is disposed, the barrier layer being provided to suppress transmission of an oxidation source to thereby prevent the infrared filter from being oxidized.

  • Patent number: 7907237
Abstract: The present invention provides a pattern formation substrate provided with a transparent substrate, a partition pattern formed on the transparent substrate in an approximately orthogonal grid shape, and a coloring pattern of plural colors, provided in an opening partitioned off with the partition pattern. The coloring pattern is formed in an approximately stripe shape in each of the colors, the partition pattern is composed of an X-direction partition pattern provided in an approximately orthogonal direction to a longitudinal direction of the stripe of the coloring pattern and a Y-direction partition pattern provided in an approximately parallel direction to the longitudinal direction of the stripe of the coloring pattern, and an average film thickness of the X-direction partition pattern is smaller than that of the Y-direction partition pattern.

  • Patent number: 7846622
Abstract: An alkali-developable, colored photosensitive resin composition obtained by adding a colorant and a photopolymerization initiator to an alkali-developable resin composition, containing a reaction product obtained by esterification between an epoxy adduct and a polybasic acid anhydride, the epoxy adduct having a structure formed by adding an unsaturated monobasic acid and a compound selected from a phenol compound, an alcohol compound, an amine compound, and a carboxylic acid to an epoxy resin represented by general formula. The epoxy adduct is formed by adding 0.1 to 1.0 carboxyl group of the unsaturated monobasic acid and 0 to 0.9 phenolic hydroxyl group, alcoholic hydroxyl group, amino group or carboxyl group per epoxy group of the epoxy resin, with the sum of the carboxyl unsaturated monobasic acid and the phenolic hydroxyl group, alcoholic hydroxyl, amino or carboxyl group being 0.1 to 1.0 per epoxy group.
