The guide pins are fitted into the steel plate, a second layer, and the foam, forming an aperture in a portion of a second layer where the weld nut is positioned. A grove is formed accommodating the weld nut in the foam positioned below the aperture. A resin is injected when a temporary bolt is fitted into the weld nut, and the temporary bolt is removed after the resin is injected.
