  • Patent number: 8618312
Abstract: Production of a bicyclo[3.1.0]hexane derivative, useful as a metabotropic glutamate receptor modulator, becomes possible by a production method that includes converting a compound represented by Formula (II) into a compound represented by Formula (III) by reaction with an acyl group donor in the presence of a microorganism-derived enzyme, without using an expensive optically active trans hydroxy ester as a starting material and without employing a fluorination reaction requiring an ultralow temperature reaction. Furthermore, since asymmetric synthesis can be carried out in a stage closer to the final product, the production method is useful as a production method that can mass produce a bicyclo[3.1.0]hexane derivative.

  • Publication number: 20130325478
Abstract: Dialogue apparatus configured to carry out a dialogue with a driver and including storage, concentration degree measuring and dialogue units. The storage unit maintains a preference database in which a dialogue candidate of content for a dialogue with the driver and a dialogue effect indicating a degree of improving driver's degree of concentration on driving, are associated with each other. The concentration degree measuring unit measures the driver's degree of concentration on driving. The dialogue unit selects a dialogue candidate based on the dialogue effect in the preference database when the degree of concentration measured by the concentration degree measuring unit falls below a predetermined threshold, then carries out a dialogue by the selected dialogue candidate, and based on the degree of concentration before and after carrying out the dialogue, calculates the dialogue effect of the dialogue, and updates the dialogue effect of the preference database.

  • Publication number: 20130230196
Abstract: The present invention addresses the problem of increasing the lifetimes of an oscillatory wave motor and a sound generation device using the oscillatory wave motor as a drive source, and proposed the structure and mechanism for integrally increasing the lifetimes of the oscillatory wave motor and the sound generation device using the oscillatory wave motor as the drive source. To maintain the drive performance of a drive unit, the drive unit is provided with a core sheathing structure, with the result that the drive unit is prevented from breaking and being damaged, and even if the entire drive unit is worn down, an intrinsic drive unit member serving as a core portion keeps the same drive area, so an initial drive feature is maintained. The descending order of a wear resistance of the members is the drive unit core material, a moving unit, and a drive unit sheathing material.
