  • Patent number: 11962184
Abstract: In the production of a non-oriented electrical steel sheet by subjecting a steel slab having a certain component composition to a hot rolling, a hot-band annealing, a cold rolling and a finish annealing, the conditions of the finish annealing are controlled such that a yield stress of the steel sheet after the finish annealing is not less than 480 MPa. Also, when a motor core is produced by using the above steel sheet, there can be provided a non-oriented electrical steel sheet capable of producing a rotor core and a stator core as the same raw material where the stator core is subjected to a stress relief annealing at a soaking temperature of 780 to 950° C. in an atmosphere having a nitrogen content of not more than 30 vol % and a dew point of not higher than ?20° C., while a motor core is produced with such a steel sheet.

  • Patent number: 11905848
Abstract: To provide a turbine blade, a manufacturing method for a turbine blade, and a gas turbine. In the turbine blade including a cooling passage provided along a blade height direction, the cooling passage includes: a first cooling hole including one end opening toward a front end, and having an inner diameter that is constant along the blade height direction; and a second cooling hole including one end communicating with the other end of the first cooling hole without a level difference, and having an inner diameter that is increased toward a base end. A length from the one end of the first cooling hole to a position where the first cooling hole and the second cooling hole are communicated with is 40% to 60% of a length from the one end of the first cooling hole to a gas path surface on the base end.

  • Patent number: 4441681
Abstract: A mounting apparatus comprises a grommet for snap-on attachment to an aperture in an exterior vehicle body panel, a base pad to be placed on the panel and adapted to engage the grommet in such a manner to prevent the grommet from being rotated about its axis relative to the base pad, and a self-tapping screw for insertion into the grommet. By means of the apparatus, an outside rear view mirror assembly is mounted on the panel through work entirely done from the outside of the panel without damaging the paint coating of the panel around the aperture.

  • Patent number: 4422724
Abstract: A rear view mirror arrangement including a mirror housing mounted on the vehicle side door with face to face contact. The mirror housing is retained in a position laterally protruding from the vehicle side door by spring force provided by a spring positioned between the mirror housing and the vehicle side door. The spring force permits the mirror housing to temporarily displace from the vehicle side door in response to an impact applied to the mirror housing in order to absorb the impact. The mirror arrangement has a mirror angle adjustment lever capable of adjusting the mirror angle in both vertical and horizontal directions. The mirror angle adjustment lever is releasably connected to the mirror permitting the displacement of the mirror housing with respect to the vehicle side door when the impact is received by the mirror housing.

  • Patent number: 4239277
Abstract: The storage cabinet comprises a lid hingedly mounted thereon, an arcuate arm extending from the lid inwardly of the cabinet and having a slot formed at the end remote from the lid, and a coil spring having one end born at a convenient stationary part and the other end slidably received in the slot, whereby the lid can be passively held in a half-open position while being manually movable to a full open position against the action of the spring.

  • Patent number: 4123085
Abstract: A support member is set in a panelling arrangement of a vehicle in a manner that the longitudinal axis thereof is inclined with respect to that of the vehicle. Thus, the panelling arrangement with the support member can be sufficiently deformed upon impact in case of collision to contribute substantially to the safety of the front seat passenger.

  • Patent number: 4105223
Abstract: An instrument panel comprises an elongated sheet member formed through the longitudinal length thereof with a plurality of depressions. The depressions provide for a weakening of resistance to deformation of the sheet member so that if the sheet member is struck by the passenger's head in a collision, it is permanently and plastically deformed and thus saves the passenger from injury.

  • Patent number: 4051916
Abstract: A means is disclosed for holding an instrument having a knob, in a projected operative position from an instrument panel of a vehicle. The instrument holding means comprises at least one projection, a plurality of bolts screwed into each projection. The bolts have shank portions, respectively, which extend in parallel with each other. A flange is secured to the instrument. Springs mounted around the shank portions are compressed to bias the flange into abutting engagement with the projections.
