The plasticizer may be selected from (1) an ether-based plasticizer in which at least one terminal hydroxyl group of a polyalkylene glycol is etherified, and (2) an ester-based plasticizer in which at least one terminal hydroxyl group of a polyalkylene glycol is esterified. The polyalkylene glycol in the ether-based plasticizer (1) and the ester-based plasticizer (2) may have a degree of polymerization of 3 or greater and less than 10. The plasticizer may not include an aromatic ring in the terminal group.
