A problem can arise requiring to replace the humidification plate even when a region other than the end and the vicinities of the holes is satisfactory, whereby replacement cycles are shortened. To address the problem, plural openings in a plate thickness direction are distributed on a flat plate surface of a water absorbing humidifying material.
