Abstract: A ring support is attached to an inner wall surface of a chamber that houses a semiconductor wafer to support a susceptor. When the semiconductor wafer is placed on the susceptor, an inner space of the chamber is separated into an upper space and a lower space. Particles are likely to accumulate on a lower chamber window as a floor part of the chamber. However, since the upper space and the lower space are separated, the semiconductor wafer can be prevented from being contaminated by the particles flowing into the upper space and adhering to a surface of the semiconductor wafer even when the particles on the lower chamber window are blown up by irradiation with flash light.
Abstract: Provided is a thermal-type flowmeter which can prevent a reduction of flow rate accuracy and reliability, and an increase of cost of the thermal-type flowmeter compared to the related art, and can add a function of an electrostatic scattering mechanism. The thermal-type flowmeter of the present invention includes a sub-passage into which part of a measurement target gas flowing in a main passage is taken, a flow rate detection element of a flow measurement unit which is disposed in the sub-passage, a circuit package which supports the flow rate detection element, and a substrate to which the circuit package is fixed. The flow rate detection element includes a detection surface to detect a flow rate of the measurement target gas. The detection surface is disposed to face the circuit substrate.
Abstract: According to one embodiment, an information processing apparatus includes a storage unit and a control unit. The storage unit stores in advance first identification information out of the first identification information and second identification information which are associated with the same user. The control unit acquires data of a job associated with the second identification information. The control unit suspends the execution of the job when the second identification information is not associated with the first identification information. The control unit authenticates the user using the first identification information. The control unit associates the second identification information with the first identification information when an operation determined in advance is received.

Abstract: A sheet processing device includes a conveying unit, a presser, an end detector, and a setting unit. The conveying unit conveys a sheet having a crease formed therein. The presser presses the crease in the sheet. The end detector detects an end in a conveying direction of the sheet at a position upstream of the presser in the conveying direction. The setting unit sets a crease position where the crease is to be formed. Upon detection of the end in the conveying direction, the conveying unit conveys the sheet to a position where the crease faces the presser, on the basis of the crease position set by the setting unit. The presser presses the crease in the conveyed sheet.
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a weather prediction apparatus includes a storage configured to store weather data of a rain cloud observed by a weather radar; and a processor configured to predict a torrential rain. The processor is configured to detect a core of the rain cloud, based on the weather data; to acquire position information of the core, based on a detection result of the core; to determine a movement direction of the core, based on the position information; and to calculate information for predicting, as an area of occurrence of the torrential rain, an area on a ground, the area on the ground corresponding to the movement direction of the core.

The fastener passes through the first opening, the third opening and the second opening such that the fastener retains the transverse link to the upper attachment portion and the lower attachment portion of the engine cradle.

The circuitry performs first-speed folding when the sheet is equal to or smaller than the reference length and performs second-speed folding when the sheet is longer than the reference length.
Abstract: A sheet separation device separates a two-ply sheet in which two sheets are bonded together at a portion. The sheet separation device includes a rotator, a nipping member opposite the rotator, to nip the two-ply sheet with the rotator, a conveyor to convey the two-ply sheet between the rotator and the nipping member, a winding member adjacent to the rotator, to wind the two-ply sheet around the rotator, and control circuitry. In winding the two-ply sheet, the control circuitry rotates the rotator at a first speed faster than a second speed at which the two-ply sheet moves to the rotator via the conveyor, and creates a difference in winding circumferential length between the two sheets, thereby separating the two sheets. The conveyor conveys the two-ply sheet with a bonded portion of the two-ply sheet being an upstream end or a downstream end in a conveyance direction of the two-ply sheet.
