    Abstract: To provide a VPN access control system, an operating method thereof, a non-transitory computer-readable recording medium having a program recorded thereon, a VPN router, and a server capable of reducing the effort of work of an administrator and quickly permitting remote access. A VPN access control system includes a VPN router and an image server. The VPN router executes a router authentication process based on router authentication information, and the image server executes a server authentication process based on server authentication information. The image server receives an access right granting request from a portable terminal of a registered user to which the access right has been granted and executes a first user registration process. The VPN router executes a second user registration process based on a command from the image server, and transmits an authentication information notification to a user who is an access right granting target.

    Abstract: An alarm notification apparatus includes an event detector for monitoring vital information of a body, such as a blood pressure and electrocardiogram, to check whether an anomalous event has occurred to the body. A reliability evaluator evaluates reliability of a result of detection of the anomalous event in the event detector. A notifier selects at least one addressee according to the reliability among plural predetermined addressees, and notifies the selected addressee of occurrence of the anomalous event. Preferably, a storage area is used for storing error log data expressing a false detection of an anomalous event in spite of non-occurrence of an anomalous event. Assuming that the event detector detects the anomalous event, the reliability evaluator obtains the reliability according to the error log data. Thus, it is possible to reduce influence of the false detection due to measurement artifact.

    Abstract: The emergency detection system includes a position information acquisition section, a presumption section, a determination section, and a notification section. The position information acquisition section acquires position information that indicates temporal changes of current positions of a plurality of portable terminals obtained using a GPS. The presumption section presumes a point of emergency occurrence on the basis of the position information acquired by the position information acquisition section. The determination section examines whether or not the point presumed by the presumption section corresponds to an exclusion area, and determines that the point presumed by the presumption section is the point of the emergency occurrence in the case where the point does not correspond to the exclusion area. The notification section notifies the point of the emergency occurrence, which is determined by the determination section, to terminals at a preset destination of the notification.

Furthermore, a timeline matching device operates upon acquiring plural sets of the timeline information with identity verification of the fingerprint information, and generates multi-user timeline information by matching the plural sets of the timeline information in the time sequence. Preferably, the timeline entry device is provided with the timeline information by plural medical service providers for the medical care of the patient.
