This laminated sheet is provided with an oxygen-barrier resin layer and biodegradable resin layers laminated via an adhesive layer to both surfaces of the oxygen-barrier resin layer. The total percentage by mass of the biodegradable resin layers is at least 90% of the entire sheet, and the percentage by mass of each biodegradable resin layer is at least 10% of the entire sheet. The oxygen transmission rate of the entire sheet does not exceed 10 cc/m2·day.

Further, the base potentials of transistors limiting an output range are lowered by emitter followers. Therefore, such transistors can operate over a broad range in the forward active region of the collector potential, increasing an output range.
