  • Publication number: 20220106770
Abstract: A hydraulic-pump flow-rate calibration system includes: a variable capacitance type hydraulic pump that supplies an operating fluid to a hydraulic actuator; a regulator that changes the dispense flow rate of the hydraulic pump according to a flow rate command signal; a flow rate detection device that detects the flow rate of the operating fluid; a control device that outputs the flow rate command signal to the regulator to control the regulator; and a calibration device that calculates an actual measurement characteristic of the dispense flow rate for the flow rate command signal, and performs, on a preset reference characteristic, calibration based on the actual measurement characteristic. The actual measurement characteristic is calculated as a result of the flow rate of the operating fluid being detected by the flow rate detection device during output of a predetermined flow rate command signal from the control device to the regulator.

  • Patent number: 10852315
Abstract: A ground speed detection device for a vehicle includes a wheel speed sensor configured to detect a rotational speed of a wheel, a second storage section having stored a radius of the wheel corresponding to a bank angle, and a ground speed calculator configured to calculate a ground speed during cornering. The ground speed calculator extracts the radius of the wheel corresponding to a bank angle detected by a bank angle detection device, from the second storage section, and calculates the ground speed during cornering from the extracted radius of the wheel and the rotational speed of the wheel detected by the wheel speed sensor.

  • Patent number: 10330469
Abstract: A bank angle detection device for a motorcycle includes a bank angle estimator configured to estimate a moving body bank angle ?b and a correcting section configured to estimate a vehicle body bank angle ?f. The bank angle estimator estimates the moving body bank angle ?b that is a gradient of a moving body axial line A1, on the basis of a balance state where a centrifugal force CF acting on a moving body and a gravitational force GF acting on the moving body during cornering are in balance with each other. The correcting section corrects the moving body bank angle ?b on the basis of an inertia force about a longitudinal axis acting on a vehicle body, so as to estimate the vehicle body bank angle ?f that is a gradient of a center of gravity G of the vehicle body with respect to a vertical line.

  • Patent number: 10006447
Abstract: An oil-pressure driving system includes a variable displacement oil-pressure pump, a tilting angle adjuster, an electric motor, and a control device. In the control device, a target assist torque calculating portion calculates a target assist torque, a first torque limiting portion limits the target assist torque to an output value that is a virtual limit value or less, and a drive control portion controls the electric motor such that the electric motor outputs a command torque corresponding to the output value. Further, in the control device, a torque deficiency calculating portion calculates a torque deficiency by subtracting the output value from the target assist torque, a tilting angle calculating portion calculates a tilting angle command value by which the output torque of the oil-pressure pump is reduced by the torque deficiency, and a tilting angle control portion outputs a tilt signal corresponding to the tilting angle command value to the tilting angle adjuster.
