Therefore, a heat radiation performance improves. Further, a first distance from an end surface of a power region corresponding part corresponding to the power region to the substrate is shorter than a second distance from an end surface of a control region corresponding part corresponding to a control region of the substrate to the substrate. Therefore, a closed circuit bridged by parasitic capacitances is formed mainly in an area of the power region and the power region corresponding part. A noise generated from the semiconductor modules is returned to noise sources through the closed circuit without affecting the control region.

Abstract: The device for searching for similar breakdown cases according to the present invention includes: a first means that detects a signal abnormality from a repair target machine, calculates the correlations between the signal abnormality and past abnormality cases by means of quantification, and regards the past abnormality cases as similar abnormality cases; a second means that obtains the component repair histories of the repair target machine in the similar abnormality cases by means of quantification; and a third means that, in accordance with the quantified correlations and the quantified component repair histories, determines and provides the priority levels of the plural past similar abnormality cases.

Abstract: In an ECU attached to a motor assembly, inverter FETs, which generate outputs for driving a motor, are electrically connected to a substrate. A plurality of screw holes is formed in a heat sink thereby to fix the substrate. A resin member is provided between the heat sink and the substrate and has a plurality of motor terminals and a resin mold, which integrally fix the motor terminals by molding the motor terminals. To do this switching operation effectively, respective vehicles check and obtain road conditions around them while they are traveling and the obtained road conditions are transmitted to and collected by a travel administration center so that the road conditions at various points along the lanes can be obtained from the travel administration center. Accordingly, when the autonomic traveling trucks approaching each other and supposed to pass by each other, switch to the associated pass-by lanes, they change travel lanes avoiding the point of bad road condition on the basis of the road conditions sent from the travel administration center.
