  • Publication number: 20200393051
Abstract: Provided is a valve device which can precisely adjust the flow rate while ensuring the flow rate of the fluid. A valve device includes a main actuator which receives a pressure of a supplied drive fluid and moves an operating member to an open position or closed position; an adjusting actuator arranged to receive at least a part of a force generated by the main actuator and for adjusting the position of the operating member positioned at the open position; and a pressure regulator provided in a feed path of the drive fluid to the main actuator and for regulating the pressure of the supplied drive fluid to suppress fluctuation of the pressure of the drive fluid supplied to the main actuator.

  • Publication number: 20200141428
Abstract: An actuator includes: a casing; a pressure reducing valve and a piston. The pressure reducing valve is provided in the casing to reduce a pressure of a driving fluid supplied from an outside of the casing to a predetermined level. The piston is provided in the casing to form a pressure chamber together with the casing. The piston is driven by the driving fluid that has been pressure-reduced to the predetermined level.

  • Publication number: 20200088307
Abstract: A gas supply system is provided with an automatic valve that is provided in a flow passage and adjusts a flow rate of process gas supplied to a chamber by automatic opening and closing, and a manual valve that is provided downstream of the automatic valve in the flow path and in immediate vicinity of the chamber and adjusts the flow rate of the process gas by manual opening and closing. The manual valve is a direct diaphragm valve having a diaphragm that is placed and separated on and from a seat in conjunction with a stem and a disk along with opening and closing, and includes a stroke adjusting mechanism that adjusts a valve stroke.

  • Patent number: 10576420
Abstract: The object of the present invention is to provide an exhaust gas purifying catalyst that can achieve high purification performance while suppressing H2S emissions. The object is solved by an exhaust gas purifying catalyst in which the lower layer of the catalyst coating layer comprises a ceria-zirconia composite oxide having a pyrochlore-type ordered array structure, in which the ceria-zirconia composite oxide contains at least one additional element selected from the group consisting of praseodymium, lanthanum, and yttrium at 0.5 to 5.0 mol % in relation to the total cation amount, and the molar ratio of (cerium+additional element):(zirconium) is within the range from 43:57 to 48:52.

  • Patent number: 10556223
Abstract: The object of the present invention is to provide an exhaust gas purifying catalyst that can achieve high purification performance while suppressing H2S emissions. The object is solved by an exhaust gas purifying catalyst in which the top layer of a catalyst coating layer comprises a ceria-zirconia composite oxide having a pyrochlore-type ordered array structure, in which the ceria-zirconia composite oxide contains at least one additional element selected from the group consisting of praseodymium, lanthanum, and yttrium at 0.5 to 5.0 mol % in relation to the total cation amount, and the molar ratio of (cerium+additional element):(zirconium) is within the range from 43:57 to 48:52.

  • Publication number: 20200041007
Abstract: To provide a valve device capable of easily and precisely adjusting a flow rate of a flowing fluid, and an actuator used in the valve device. The problem is solved by an actuator including pistons housed in a housing, a supply port of compressed air provided to a casing constituting the housing, and an adjustment member that is provided to a position separated from the supply port and regulates an upper limit position of possible movement of the piston that comes into contact with the adjustment member. The piston comes into contact with the adjustment member and is positioned in the upper limit position when compressed air is supplied through the supply port. The adjustment member s provided so as to allow adjustment of the upper limit position from outside the housing.
