  • Publication number: 20240227194
Abstract: A workpiece picking method for picking up workpieces supplied in a randomly placed state onto a supply stage larger than an imaging range corresponding to an angle of view of an imaging section, the workpiece picking method includes: (a) a step of performing picking processing of selecting a workpiece, and causing the picking section to pick up the workpiece; (b) a step of acquiring a remaining number of the workpieces remaining after the picking processing for each region; (c) a step of supplying a new workpiece onto the supply stage and loosening a lump of the workpieces, or performing loosening without supplying the new workpiece, based on the remaining number of the workpieces for each region; and (d) a step of performing the picking processing after the loosening operation in a largest-number region having a largest remaining number of the workpieces for each region acquired after the picking processing.

  • Patent number: 11390958
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide an electrolysis technique such that the electrolysis performance is unlikely to be deteriorated, and excellent catalytic activity is retained stably over a long period of time even when electric power having a large output fluctuation, such as renewable energy, is used a power source, and this object is realized by an alkaline water electrolysis method, in which an electrolytic solution obtained by dispersing a catalyst containing a hybrid cobalt hydroxide nanosheet (Co-NS) being a composite of a metal hydroxide and an organic substance is supplied to an anode chamber and a cathode chamber that form an electrolytic cell, and the electrolytic solution is used for electrolysis in each chamber in common, and an alkaline water electrolysis anode.

  • Patent number: 8778088
Abstract: A foreign matter removal device 10 preliminary cleans the work 50 in a bucket 12 housed in an input tank 15, then further cleans the work 50 in buckets 13, 14 housed in cleaning tanks 16, 17 by agitating cleaning liquid while inverting the buckets to transfer the work to a subsequent bucket. Particularly, the bottom of the cleaning tank is formed such that the nearer to a center of the bottom, the deeper the bottom becomes. The cleaning liquid overflowing from the cleaning tanks are stored in auxiliary tanks 22, 23. First and second ejection units 29a, 29b are arranged at different heights in the cleaning tank to generate a circulating flow in the cleaning liquid.

  • Patent number: 8276861
Abstract: One aspect according to the present invention includes a base portion and a clamp portion. The base portion can be joined to a first member of a vehicle. The clamp portion is formed integrally with the base portion and can joined to a second member of the vehicle. The clamp portion includes a first jaw and a second jaw defining a receiving space therebetween. The receiving space can receive a part of the second member. A support portion is formed on one of the first and second jaws and is positioned within the receiving space. The support portion is resiliently deformable and can apply a pressing force against the part of the second member in a direction toward the other of the first and second jaws during and after insertion of the part of the second member into the receiving space.
